JF Studio is a space where movement, intuition, and emotional truth become art.
Founded by athlete and artist Jill Frey, the studio was born from one core belief:

You are never too much.

Your expression is your power.

Every piece in the collection is created in alignment with cyclical energy - full moon, new moon, shifting seasons, shifting emotions. The artworks hold the courage to be seen, the softness to feel, and the permission to expand beyond the version of yourself you once thought you had to be.

As a freeride athlete, Jill learned how discipline, risk, nature, and presence shape identity.
As an artist, she discovered that healing and expression follow the same rhythm.
