ORDER & PRODUCTION

How are the fine-art prints produced?

All artworks are printed on demand by WhiteWall, one of Europe’s leading premium photo labs.
Each piece is custom-made for your order.

What is the production time?

Prints (no frame): 5–7 business days
Acrylic / Dibond / framed options: 7–12 business days
Originals: shipped within 3–5 days

Can I change my order?

Print orders can only be changed within 2 hours after purchase.
Originals can be changed until they are shipped.

Where do you ship?

JF Studio ships to:
– Austria
– Germany
– Switzerland
– EU countries
– International (depending on product size)

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
– size
– weight
– materials
– destination country

Is shipping insured?

Yes, all shipments are fully insured.

Delivery time:

– EU: 3–7 days after production
– International: 7–14 days

PRODUCTS & MATERIALS

What materials are available?

Depending on the artwork:
– Fuji Crystal Archive Gloss
– 2 mm Acrylic Glass
– 3 mm Dibond
– Basel 6 mm Black Matte Frame

Can I order framed or unframed prints?

Both. 

Chose the right product in the shop. There is a "(framed)" option for each art work.

Is the print quality archival?

Yes — WhiteWall delivers gallery-level quality with:
– museum-grade archival papers
– UV-resistant colors
– precise color reproduction

RETURNS & CLAIMS

Can I return prints?

Because all prints are custom-made, they are non-refundable under EU law.
Exceptions:
– production defects
– wrong item delivered
– shipping damage

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days with:
– photos of the packaging
– photos of the damage
– your order number
to hellojillfrey@gmail.com

We will arrange a replacement.

Can I return original artworks?

Yes, originals include a voluntary 14-day return period under the following conditions:
– returned unused
– in original packaging
– return shipping covered by the customer

PAYMENT

Which payment methods do you offer?

– Credit card
– PayPal
– Klarna (country-dependent)
– Apple Pay / Google Pay
– Shopify Payments

Why is my PayPal payment failing?

Common reasons:
– account set to wrong country
– currency mismatch
– delivery address not supported
