Returns & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing art from JF Studio.

Every piece is produced with intention and high-quality craftsmanship.
Please read the return guidelines carefully.

1. Returns for Prints (WhiteWall Products)

All fine-art prints are made to order.
According to EU law (§18 Distance Selling Regulations):

→ No right of withdrawal for custom-made products.

Returns or refunds are only possible if:

  • the product arrives damaged

  • there is a production defect

  • the wrong item was delivered

If this applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • order number

  • photos of the damage

  • photos of the packaging

We will arrange a free replacement.

2. Returns for Original Artworks

Original paintings come with a voluntary 14-day return option.

Conditions:

  • artwork must be unused and returned in original packaging

  • return shipping costs are paid by the customer

  • insured shipping is recommended

The refund will be issued within 14 days after inspection

3. Order Cancellations

Since prints go into production immediately, they can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.

Originals can be cancelled as long as they have not yet been shipped.

4. Shipping Damage

If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days, including:

  • photos of the damage

  • photos of the packaging

  • your order number

We will organize a replacement.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of production defects).
